Downpayment Assistance Program

Up to $15,000 for buyers with a disability or disabled family member living with them.

HomeChoice is a downpayment assistance, second mortgage loan program for qualified borrowers who have a disability or who have a family member with a disability living with them. Funds up to $15,000 of down payment. HomeChoice combines with House Key and Home Advantage first mortgage loan programs. One-on-one counseling is required.

Eligibility Requirements

You are a first-time homebuyer (or have not owned or occupied a home in the last three years) unless you are buying in a targeted area.

Maximum Income limit of either $108,600 in King/Snohomish Counties or $86,300 in all other counties

Program Requirements

You have met with a HomeChoice Lender in your area that has been trained on the HomeChoice program

As per your lender, you have determined whether you are eligible for the HomeChoice second Mortgage program

You have attended a free Homebuyer Education Seminar
